Returns

Due to the nature of our business and the custom manufacturing services we provide, products cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged, or do not match the approved order specifications.

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refund Eligibility

• The products received are damaged during shipping.

• The products are defective due to manufacturing issues.

Non-Refundable Items

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible because materials and manufacturing resources have already been allocated.
